The Association for Mathematical Consciousness Science (AMCS) connects scientists and philosophers advancing mathematical approaches to consciousness research – its conferences bring together topics such as consciousness in AI, mathematical models of subjective experience, and minimal phenomenal states. For MoC7, the seventh edition of the international conference series hosted by AMCS, I developed the key visual and conference identity.
The key visual translates consciousness in AI into a single image. The eye stands as a window into consciousness – that elusive core of subjectivity and experience science has long tried to grasp. The pupil is rendered in pixels, pointing to the growing role of AI and digital models in consciousness research.
