As part of what is probably the most extensive redesign in the history of the City of Vienna, one thing could not be left out: a constantly growing pool of pictograms and illustrations, i.e. a maximally condensed representation of everything to look out for in one of the most liveable cities.
A small set of 10 pictograms provided by the leading agency Safron was our starting point. We defined rules and refined the design space, which should also provide a sufficient basis for future expansions.
